Does this come with a paddle?+
No. DinkCozy is a cover only — a padded neoprene sleeve that slips over the pickleball paddle the recipient already owns. It's a gift for someone who already plays, not a way to get them a paddle.
Will it fit my paddle?+
The cover is sized for standard USAPA-regulation paddles, which make up the large majority of paddles in play — roughly 7.5–8.5" wide and 15.5–16.5" long. It's a padded sleeve, not a rigid case, so it has some give. If your paddle is a non-standard or oversized shape, email gifts@dinkcozy.com before ordering and we'll tell you honestly whether it'll fit.
Can I put a photo AND a name on it?+
Yes. Each side takes a photo, text, or both — the front and back are independent, so a common combo is a photo on the front and a name or nickname on the back.
Is it actually USAPA-approved equipment?+
No, and it doesn't need to be — a cover isn't equipment used during play, it's how the paddle is carried and stored between games. Nothing about DinkCozy is represented as tournament equipment.
How long does it take to arrive?+
Every cover is made to order after you design it — nothing is pre-printed and sitting in a warehouse. Production plus US shipping typically runs 5–9 business days. If you're ordering for a specific date, build in that buffer.
What if the print doesn't look like my preview?+
It should match closely — the preview you see while designing is generated from the same real product photos and dimensions we print to, not a mockup template. If what arrives is meaningfully different from what you approved, email gifts@dinkcozy.com with your order number and a photo; we'll make it right.
Can I order more than one, for a team or a club?+
Yes — design one and reorder it as many times as you like, or design a different one per person. For a larger club or team order, email clubs@dinkcozy.com and we'll help you get everyone's names right.
What's it made of, and how do I clean it?+
The cover body is padded neoprene with a stitched binding and a zip closure. Wipe it down with a damp cloth — it isn't machine washable, and print quality lasts longer if it isn't soaked or scrubbed.
Do you ship outside the US?+
Not yet — DinkCozy currently ships within the US only.
